Avoiding on food loss during processing are relevant to all food and drink manufacturers. Latest report by AsiaOne News state that most people don’t realize how much food they throw away every day — from uneaten leftovers to spoiled produce. The report also urge for very country and every person to individual level needs to minimize food waste as a part of the fight against poverty and hunger.

Concerning with the issues, KFI Manufacturing initiate some step to reduce the food waste by extending shelf life through packaging and processing innovation. Packaging plays an important role in protecting and preserving food throughout the supply chain and in the home. Therefore, we have develop a technology  to provide a longer shelf life, without reducing quality or risking food safety. Provide clear storage guidance, freezing and defrosting instructions and preparation instructions for consumers on pack. Others, we make sure that the dispensing food easier for consumers so they remove as much as possible from the packaging.
